Facilities Audit Package

A facilities audit assesses the condition of a facility, and the systems and tools used to operate that facility. This 3 phase process evaluates the effectiveness of the staffing and man-power, (the applicable systems and procedures) utilized to operate the facility.

In order for the audit to be effective and meaningful, its purpose must be clearly stated in the objectives for the audit. This document will define the sequence of events associated with the development of an audit and provide a detailed description of the audit execution.

The MBYengineering approach to the audit focuses on identifying areas for improved efficiencies, cost savings and optimal staffing/tasking, necessary to achieve the levels of service consistent with the client's management expectations and standards.
